Course POLICY

HypnoBirthing® courses are offered as five week sessions, with each class lasting 2.5 hours.

I would love to visit with you in person prior to registering for class. That way we can determine together which class options might work best for you. This is also a great time to get to know each other, learn more about HypnoBirthing®, and explore your education needs. We can schedule our visit over the phone if that is more convenient for you.

To hold your spot in class, a $100.00 deposit is required with the balance paid by the first night of class. Class availability can not be guaranteed without a deposit. Please see refund policy.

Private classes can offer a little more schedule flexibility. Let’s discuss this option before registering. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are going to be missing a week and we can reschedule your session.

Group classes will not be able to be rescheduled without an additional fee. Let’s discuss this option before registering.

refund & cancellation policy

Under special circumstances I do offer full refunds if a full course needs to be cancelled.

If a course is cancelled seven business days or less before the scheduled start date, a 25% cancellation fee will be assessed.

Under special circumstances I do offer partial refunds if a course will not be finished.

If classes are missed without notice, refunds will not be assessed.
