$395/5 Week Class — The HypnoBirthing® course is taught in a series of five weeks, with each class lasting two and a half hours. The ideal time to attend the HypnoBirthing® course is between 18 - 36 weeks pregnant. Join future parents to improve the mind - body connection and prepare for a more calm and confident birth.
Note: if a class is missed, rescheduling will be at the availability of the instructor and will have an additional $150 fee per class.

“Not My First Rodeo!”
$295/3 week Private Class
Previous Hypno-Birth experience NOT required.
This will be a private class for couples looking for a refresher of Hypno-therapy techniques, or for those who desire a new experience for a subsequent pregnancy and delivery. This class will focus on your specific needs and vision for birth. Each class will be approximately 2h in length. Consider contacting me by 30 weeks to allow for flexible scheduling.
Course Outline: This outline includes client responsibility for reading the Marie Mongan Hypno-Birthing book before the start of class, and self practice sessions throughout the class. The actual schedule of in-class presentation may differ slightly.
