5 Week Group Classes

$395/5 Week Class — The HypnoBirthing® course is taught in a series of five weeks, with each class lasting two and a half hours. The ideal time to attend the HypnoBirthing® course is between 18 - 36 weeks pregnant. Join future parents to improve the mind - body connection and prepare for a more calm and confident birth.

Note: if a class is missed, rescheduling will be at the availability of the instructor and will have an additional $150 fee per class.

This course includes:

  • 5 x 2.5 hour sessions

  • The HypnoBirthing®

    Marie Mongan Method Book

  • Rainbow Relaxation download

  • Class handouts including a beautifully prepared spiral binder containing relaxation scripts, and a variety of other valuable resources for your birth day!

  • Education resource for you via text and email throughout the remainder of your pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum.

Focused Hypnosis Session

$175/2h initial session - new topic $100/1h followup sessions

5 Week Private Classes

$595/5 Private Sessions — With private sessions, you can enjoy the comforts of your own home while learning methods for a comfortable and gentle birth. Private classes can also offer some flexibility of scheduling to accommodate your needs.

“Not My First Rodeo!”

$295/3 week Private Class

Previous Hypno-Birth experience NOT required.

This will be a private class for couples looking for a refresher of Hypno-therapy techniques, or for those who desire a new experience for a subsequent pregnancy and delivery. This class will focus on your specific needs and vision for birth. Each class will be approximately 2h in length. Consider contacting me by 30 weeks to allow for flexible scheduling.

Course Outline: This outline includes client responsibility for reading the Marie Mongan Hypno-Birthing book before the start of class, and self practice sessions throughout the class. The actual schedule of in-class presentation may differ slightly.
